DISTINCTION OF APPROACHES TO DEFINITION OF THE PROBLEM AND STRUGGLE MEASURES

BRIBERY. According to the legislation operating in Russia, it is the concept of criminal law covering three kinds of crimes: bribe reception, bribery and intermediary. 123456

Bribe Reception acceptance by the official personally or through intermediaries of any material assets (money, things, etc. admits.) Intermediary fulfilment of the actions directed on transfer of a bribe admits bribery. Responsibility of the intermediary comes irrespective of, whether the intermediary has obtained reward from the briber or the bribetaker. 123456

In earlier editions ' The Encyclopaedia Britannica ' and ' The Encyclopaedia Americana ' it was noticed that the bribery means reception or the offer of any not applied compensation by somebody whose the usual trade or an occupation concern the government or public justice.
