world economy Demilitarization - regulated by individual and collective will of subjects of the international relations process of creation of economic base of the disarmament, functioning model of not militarised economy, based on objective political and economic requirements. it is the complex process covering the different parties of economic development - financial, industrial, trading, social. It, at last, process of purposeful influence on the world economy economic and political methods for the purpose of creation not only military-political, but also social and economic guarantees of the safe, nonviolent world.

Shifts Occurring on a world scene allow to bring an attention to the question on working out of methodology of demilitarisation of the world economy which would include the concept of the economic mechanism of disarmament as the uniform process, providing the decision of key economic problems of disarmament in aggregate, and also methodology of the decision of each of problems separately. such mechanism, on the one hand, could become addition of already available and partially operating contract-legal and military-political tools of bridling of race of arms, and with another - to play the role of the adequate answer to the objective processes constraining development of productive forces in the conditions of militarization.
