Dismantle of productive forces of military sector will be rather complicated or even in general is impossible if not to break its international industrial-marketing communications. otherwise curtailment of production of arms or its components in one country can be compensated for the account of their deliveries from abroad. In the conditions of growing internationalisation of productive forces disarmament at the state level can be effective only in case of acceptance of measures on decomposition of national military sector from a military production of those countries with which it is connected.

In the Way of such decomposition counteracting internationalisation of military business, demilitarisation of the international economic relations (MEO) on the basis of reduction of international distributions and deliveries of arms acts. it is one of the most politized tools of the economic mechanism of disarmament as efficiency of its functioning to a great extent depends on observance of the corresponding obligations accepted by the separate countries in frameworks two- and multilateral agreements. An economic basis of reduction of international distributions and deliveries of arms is reduction of the state military consumption, but any more in the separate countries that would be enough for realisation of measures on unilateral disarmament, and on the co-ordinated basis in the several countries.
