| In the course of transition of economy of Russia to a competitive mode the great value has use of experience of development of international research-and-production cooperation (MNPK) in the high technology branches. The special place among them is occupied with the space industry which has turned recently to one of prevailing forms of the organisation of a research-and-production cycle. In this branch in the concentrated kind problems of formation and prospect of development of joint business were reflected. The wide experience which has been saved up in this sector of an economy in organisation MNPK and co-production, is widely used by the European community in the general context of economic integration.
What is an overall objective of development of international research-and-production cooperation in the West European space industry? Achievement of economic efficiency of joint programs or access reception to ' another's ' to the newest technologies?
The West European joint programs at the present stage on the scales are quite comparable to similar space projects in the USA. One of the most known projects - the English-italo-German fighter-bomber ' the Tornado ' - under the taktiko-specifications is close to American Ф-14иФ-15ив to any measure Ф-111 (the plan of the last has laid down in a basis of the triple project) and does not concede to them on the basic qualitative and technological parametres (the Pentagon repeatedly considered a question on its acquisition). Thus the release volume ' the Tornado ', even without export to the third countries, has surpassed manufacture Ф-14 and Ф-111 and will very little concede up the time of a stop of conveyors F-15. Thus, in this joint project partners not only managed to leave on qualitative level of the American space technics, but also to provide a corresponding series.
The West European company ' Arianspejs ' has grasped in the lead positions in the market of commercial starts of space rockets. As of the beginning of January, 1990 ' Arianspejs ' had orders for a conclusion for an orbit of 32 companions in comparison with five at concern ' Makdonell-Duglas ' (a rocket ' Torahs-deltas ') and a family at ' Dzheneral dajnemiks ' (a rocket ' the Atlas-tsentavr '). The rocket Thus developed in 80th years ' Arian-4 ' has obvious advantage in technology before the competitors, including as the western experts consider, and the Soviet rocket ' the Proton ' which are the remote updatings of ballistic missiles of the beginning of 60th years.
On other ' opened ' the commercial market where the competitor of the American firms is the West European association ' the Air bus ', - the market of air liners - in 80th years there were considerable shifts which are in some measure shaded by the general superiority ' the Boeing '. This superiority is won, however, in those segments of the market where ' the Air bus ' is absent (' Boing-747 ') or was absent until recently (' Boing-737 ', ' Boing-757 '). In the same place, where ' the Boeing ' and ' the Air bus ' directly compete, it is visible, judging by dynamics of orders, distinct advantage of West Europeans.
