So, the automobile factory which has experienced difficulties in connection with crisis, has entered payments of grants at dismissal at a rate of 6 thousand marks. at factory ' Ford ' in Cologne in the end of 1974 the system of payment of the severance pays given in case of the voluntary consent of the worker on dismissal which was applied both to foreign, and to local workers also has been entered. The sizes of the grant fluctuated from 4,5 to 7,5 thousand marks depending on qualification and the work experience at the enterprise. About 2 thousand foreigners have accepted the offer, considering that will be dismissed in any case. absence of work automatically deprives of foreigners of the legal right to stay and assumes, thus, their repatriation. Severance pays in the sum of 50 thousand francs have been entered into France on some metal works. To one of problems thereupon was considerable enough number of foreigners which have taken advantage of these means, but have not left the country, expecting to receive new workplaces. Thus, and in France this measure substantially has not justified itself.
